Real Estate Photography Service.
Trinity Group Australia provides a real estate photography service to all clients and members of the public. Our real estate photography service is a by the hour billable service servicing several regions of the south east queensland area. The regions we service are Brisbane Metropolitan area, Logan Area, Redlands Area, Pine Rivers Area, Sunshine Coast (travel surcharge applies), Gold Coast (travel surcharge applies), Darling Downs Area (travel surcharge applies) and the Granite Belt (travel surcharge applies).
Basic real estate photography rate is $50.00aud per hour however a travel surcharge of $5.00 per 20km travelled is charged for some areas. Multi day shoots are also available however these will incur both travel and accomodation costs. Accomodation costs are flexible and based on the most affordable accomodation available in the area of the shoot. Please note this service is available to real estate developers and agents on an account or contract basis and all regular billed real estate photography accounts will recieve a 5% discount on the monthly billlable amount.
Real Estate Photography Packages.
All real estate photography packages include full editing and all images burnt to dvd and shipping as well as image optimisation for your selected medium or mediums.
2 hour package - 2 hours of onsite photography $75.00aud plus travel costs if required.
4 hour package - 4 hours of onsite photography $150.00aud plus travel costs if required.
6 hour package - 6 hours of onsite photography $250.00aud plus travel costs if required.
Full day package - 8 hours of onsite photography $350.00aud plus travel costs if required.
Multi day package - 8 hours per day of photography $300.00aud per day plus travel costs and accomodation costs if required.
Real Estate Developer or Agent Contract - Unlimited photography hours per week at multiple locations $500.00aud per week plus travel and accomodation costs if required billed monthly In advance.
