What if the products I need don't match one of your predefined packages?

Can I get my website built through you and host it elsewhere?
The simple answer is yes however the platform your wishing to use for hosting will be required to meet certain criteria dependent on the system your site is built on. E-commerce using Big Commerce is hosting inclusive and due to the complexity of the hosting system required it must be hosted with Big Commerce.
Do you provide continuos support and maintenance?
Trinity Group Australia offers a continuous support and maintenance package as an optional extra on all website and e-commerce packages this is charged at a flat annual rate of $650.00aud and includes 12hrs of free updates per year.
Can we get you to do our website updates for us?
Trinity Group Australia is more then happy to do your website updates for you and these updates are charged at $50.00aud per hour. Our cost effective maintenance packages include 12hrs of free updates and once you have used the 12hrs up then its a simple matter of a standard hourly rate for any changes.
Does it cost any extra to have Google Ad-words set up on my site?
Search Engine Optimisation (seo) is included in the price of all our packages however if you wish to operate a Google Ad-words account for your site and have us manage it then additional fee's apply. These fees comprise of an initial adwords account setup fee of $100.00aud, Additionally you set the monthly budget of how much you wish to spend on cost per click advertising and we charge you an ongoing amount of 10% of the monthly budget to administer the account for you.
Are there alternatives to the Big Commerce shopping cart system?
Yes there are alternatives to the Big Commerce system that may prove to be cheaper in cost but generally these alternatives have a lot less features and are nowhere near as capable as the Big Commerce system if you wish to have one of the alternatives we are more then happy to discuss this option with you.
Can I meet with your designers regularly during the build process to see the progress?
