Terms and Conditions.
Payment Terms: 1. Payment is due no later then 7 days from date of invoice unless previously arranged otherwise. 2. Payment types available are cash, direct deposit, credit card or cheque made out to M.J.Mills & T.J.Mills only. 3. Payments not made by the due date will incur a 10% surcharge. 4. Annual payments not made by the due date may result in suspension of service or loss of domain name registrations.
Website & Design Terms: 1. Work will commence upon receipt and clearance of payment. 2. Trinity Group Australia reserves the right to deny service to any client. 3. Trinity Group Australia reserves the right to withhold delivery of a completed product until such time as the account is settled in full. 4. Intellectual property used to design websites always remains the property of the client however the website itself remains the property of Trinity Group Australia until such time as the account is settled in full at which point the copyright of the website or designed product will be transferred to the client.
Website Hosting Terms: 1. Trinity Group Australia reserves the right to deny hosting services to any sites it deems to be either illegal or offensive in nature. 2. In order to maintain continuity of service website hosting renewals will be invoiced one month prior to renewal date and be due in full two weeks prior to renewal date. 3. Failure to renew on time persuant to subsection 2 of the website hosting terms may result in service interuption or cancellation. 4. If your service is interupted or cancelled you may recieve a 10% surcharge to have it reactivated and / or reconfigured.
Domain Registration Terms: 1. Registration of domain names is on an as available basis and pricing varies dependent on supply costs and top level domain (TLD) type. 2. Registration of certain TLD types require a minimum registration and re-registration period of 2 years. 3. Re-registration fees are invoiced one month prior to expiry and are due two weeks prior to renewal to allow continuity of service. 4. Failure to renew a domain by the due date outline in Domain Registration Terms sub section 3 may result in the loss of or cancellation of your domain name registration and it may not be able to be renewed. You will be charged an additional 10% to re-register an expired domain on top of any costs charged by our domain registrar.
Photography Terms: 1. All photography services are to be paid no later then on the day the service is performed persuant to the payment terms outlined above. 2. If a photo shoot can not go ahead due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances both from our end or from yours a suitable time will be made to reschedule the shoot. 3. Should a photoshoot be cancelled mid shoot then the full amount is still to be paid. 4. Should you wish to cancel a photo shoot you must provide us with at least 48 hours notice or you will forfeit any deposit paid. 5. All photoshoots booked more then a week in advance must have a minimum of 25% deposit paid at time of booking and balance on the day of the shoot.
